What Homeowners Say About Jacuzzi

The reviews below were pulled from the BBB page for Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of AZ:

“If you’re considering doing a remodel on your bathroom your first call should be to Jacuzzi. I am so happy with the shower remodel. They are total professionals from start to finish. The team showed up to my home at 7 a.m. right on time and worked nonstop until the job was complete. They updated me at every major step and invited me in to view the progress. They were fast, detailed, and friendly. I can’t wait for them to come back and do my other bathroom! I highly recommend!

“It is a very nice project that would be rated 5 stars. The problem I had was with the scheduling and how long the project would take. We were told it would only take one day but ended up taking two. We were told the project would be done between May 14 and May 31, and we received regular phone calls for two or three a week stating it would be done by May 31. But two days before, we received a call saying that it would not be done by that date, and new dates pushed it out until 6/9 as the earliest. There was a lot of frustration with the sales team and the customer service team. They told us it would be done in one day even after we discussed what was involved. Customer service or scheduling team had to know that the project would not be done by the projected date well before the two-day notice. There should be some backup plan if there are scheduling problems—i.e. more help and an alternate team in case of call outs or injuries. I was to the point where I wasn’t sure I wanted to do the project. I am glad I did; it’s a good product. But more should be put in the planning portion of the sales and scheduling.”

—Mark J. via BBB

“Our installers were great! They arrived on time and were very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They removed our old tub/shower and replaced it with a walk-in shower, new fixtures, and sliding door. The whole job was only five or six hours, and they cleaned up and disposed of everything. Our bathroom looks amazing! In addition, from the time we purchased our shower and enclosure until installation, we received a weekly check-in phone call from Jacuzzi Bath Remodel to ask if we had any questions or concerns or if there was anything we needed from them. Great customer service, product, and employees! We will be doing our other bathroom with them!”

—Karen and Carlos J. via BBB

“This would have been a 5-star review had they not completely ghosted us for two months. We got the call that our supplies for our two bathrooms were ready so we could install a couple weeks early if we were okay that the bathroom shower door would be installed ‘shortly after.’ We agreed and had a great experience with the installers themselves. They were super professional and quick. Since then in October, we have had to chase down vague answers about our missing glass door (while obviously having paid for the job). This was not a cheap job—we did two bathrooms. Meanwhile, it looks like people after us have definitely had shower doors installed immediately. It feels like we were dropped like nothing after paying a large sum. It’s unacceptable to have to BEG a company for updates proactively. At this point, I am unconvinced we will ever get that door installed. Do not EVER agree to an incomplete install from this company. I would never refer them to anyone at this point.”

Available Services

Jacuzzi itself does not provide bathroom remodeling services. Instead, it relies on independently operated and licensed third-party businesses to sell and install its bath products. Your local dealer may only install tubs and showers, or it may offer a wider range of remodeling services.

For a Jacuzzi bath remodel, you have three basic options: a new shower, a new tub, or a tub-to-shower conversion. Jacuzzi products come in an array of colors, patterns, and accessories, making it easy to design your dream bathroom.

Showers Remodels

Every aspect of a Jacuzzi shower system can be customized. Here’s an overview of the options available:

Bathtub Remodels

Some of Jacuzzi’s bathtub features mirror those available for its shower systems. For instance, you can choose from the same wall colors and textures, and you can add the same built-in storage accessories. You can add concealed roller or exposed roller doors if you choose a shower/tub combination.

For fixtures, you can choose from various handheld slidebars, bathtub spouts, and full bathtub sets. Many customers go with either a 19-inch soaking bathtub in high-gloss acrylic or a 19-inch whirlpool bathtub with hydromassage. Larger jetted tubs, however, are Jacuzzi’s true specialty.

Tub-to-Shower Conversion

Maybe you want to replace the outdated tub in your master bathroom with a modern walk-in shower. In that case, a tub-to-shower conversion is what you need. This change can instantly update the look and feel of your bathroom, which could boost your home’s resale value or simply give you a more luxurious daily experience.

With a tub-to-shower conversion, you can access all the customization options mentioned above, including overhead rain showerheads and built-in shelving systems. If you aren’t ready to fully get rid of your bathtub, you can go with a bathtub/shower combo.

Safety Remodels

Jacuzzi has several bath products designed with safety in mind. This includes not only walk-in tubs but also low- or no-threshold showers. A barrier-free or rolling shower base makes it easier for those with mobility or stability issues to get into the shower. You can also add a removable shower seat, grab bars, or a built-in seat.

Remodeling Timeline

Jacuzzi Bath Remodel advertises one-day bathroom renovations. The process involves three steps:

Because Jacuzzi products are sold and installed by independent dealers, turnaround times and scheduling may vary. However, Jacuzzi has designed its products to streamline the installation process as much as possible. Your installation will not be scheduled until your bath or shower and all its parts are completely ready.

Jacuzzi Pricing and Costs

Bathroom remodel costs will vary depending on several factors. For Jacuzzi Bath Remodel, the two biggest factors are the style of bathtub or shower you select (the materials) and the complexity of the installation (the labor). Your location may also affect the price.

Jacuzzi offers a wide range of bath and shower designs, but it does not post any prices on its website. Instead, it directs customers to its concierge team or a local dealer. You can customize your Jacuzzi tub or shower with different wall colors, textures, and patterns, as well as various hydrotherapy options and safety or accessibility features.

You can request a quote online or call 888-223-8813. The online form simply asks for your full name, email address, phone number, and ZIP code. Once you submit the form, you will receive a confirmation message. Shortly thereafter, a local dealer will reach out to gather more information and set up a free design consultation.

As of January 2024, the Jacuzzi Bath Remodel site advertises a deal that includes no interest and no payments for a year, 50% off installation, and free fixtures. Your local dealer may offer its own specials, too. The price you receive at your initial Jacuzzi Bath Remodel consultation is valid for one year.
