“We built our new home [and] had Andersen vinyl-clad windows installed. Approximately 13 or 14 years later, the vinyl started to shrink and pull apart at the corners of the frames. Due to this, it exposed the wood to the weather and water. The windows began to rot. I contacted Andersen, and they sent someone out to inspect the windows.
