What Homeowners Say About WindowWorks

Here’s what a few customers have to say:

“The installers were excellent and very friendly. They got right to work and cleaned up after windows were installed. Would recommend Window Works for new windows. I’m very happy with my new windows.” —Jackie S. via Google Reviews in December 2022

WindowWorks did a fantastic job. They worked really fast with quality work. They were professional and clean. The product is great. Couldn’t be happier.” —Nina G. via Google Reviews in January 2023

Took over 30 minutes to set an appointment for an install that has already two broken features. Customer service is slow and horrible. Not polite and messed up what day they were coming. Customer service and response was rude and chose to do nothing about it.” —Laura L. via Yelp on July 14, 2022

“This has been an awful experience from the beginning. In short, we have been given the run around and every single one of our set install dates have been rescheduled. We were supposed to have windows installed 4.5 months before our baby’s due date and now we are 4 days away from our due date with windows still missing. This company has gotten our order wrong and has been to our house twice now without the correct windows. Terrible company.” —R. Chapman via Google Reviews in March 2022
